Notes
- Requires that the "DT CloseDataTakerTCPIPConnection" is called to terminate the connection.

- DT LOWLEVEL ERROR: Unable to open TCP/IP connection.

IP address is the IP address of the dataTaker hardware. |

remote port (8) is the port to connect to on the dataTaker hardware. |
