DT50 Job on a DT80

Postby ChrisJCRT » Fri May 25, 2012 2:43 pm

Alas our old reliable DT50 passed away after the power supply suffered an over-voltage incident. :(
We had regularly gathered data each month still using DeTerminal and an 486DX33 Compaq laptop and with a few changes to the old job program the DT80 is performing well.
There was a command :?: in the old program that I have commented out and after a quick look through the DT50 manual I could not find a reference to it.

The command is one line and is...

\w10

I have found a reference to a wait state in the DT80 user manual but I am unsure if this is what the command is or if it does need to be added in whatever is its updated state.

Any help would be appreciated

Good afternoon Chris,

Cool, some one else who is "Old school"

Not needed. That is a wait command for DeTransfer / DeTerminal

Cheers
